Processing Your Refund:

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll check it out to confirm it meets our return conditions. As soon as we give it the thumbs up, we’ll process your refund. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement. We promise it’s on its way!

Return Shipping:

Just a heads up, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The only exception is if the item is defective or not as described. In that case, we’ve got you covered!
